Custom Molding

At Weaver Industries, Inc. urethane is produced to order.  We have the capacity to develop customized urethanes by creating new formulations or by adapting basic formulas to exact specifications, ensuring accurate shape, weight, size, color and hardness of our products to suit your needs.

•	We can provide a wide range of durometers:  From 30 Shore "A" (soft) to 80 Shore "D" (hard).
•	We can use a variety of pigments to produce a broad range of colors.
•	Weaver Industries, Inc. can strip and recoat worn parts, bond to metal, grind to tight tolerances, work from existing tooling, and assist in the designing of custom parts.

Urethane

Urethane out-performs many materials in today's industrial and consumer manufacturing markets.  Urethane is ideal for any application that is labor intensive, or time consuming and repetitious to manufacture such as conveyor rollers, cylinders for coal or limestone processing, bowling, railroad, automotive, and farming equipment, just to name a few.
